An Outdoor Event hosted by Preserve the American River
Join friends from Rancho Cordova and across the region for a relaxing afternoon on a peaceful property with scenic views above a treasured nature area adjacent to the American River Parkway. Enjoy live music by a local jazz favorite, The Henry Robinett Group, food, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. Participate in a silent auction and raffle. Besides good company, music, food and drink, guests will learn about the old 20 acre walnut orchard, rich in history, native oak trees and wildlife.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will be used to protect this consequential open space adjacent to the lower American River, River Bend Park, and across from William B. Pond Park from development.
