This brilliant guitarist and composer has been at the forefront of the regional jazz scene for decades. From his work with pianist Jessica Williams, his collaborations with his mentor Charles Mingus, his group “The Ming,” and as a founding member of Capital Jazz Project, Henry continues to evolve and bring inspiring music to his fans. The leader of the Henry Robinett group will be presented in a chamber setting, with young bass protege Ben Kopf.
